Week 14

 Welcome to week 14 and take a peek at how it all went down.

Day 95- Monday, 4/6/26

How my day started and how my day ended. Justin is still around here for an extened break and he was kind enough to get this picture of Bailey and I at the park which turned out super cute.

Day 96- Tuesday, 4/7/26

We celebrated John's birthday today at one of his favorite Mexican restaurants- Zocalo in Sacarmento.

Day 97- Wednesday, 4/8/26

Wednesday at work  I was sorting through a shipment of blood samples to test and then after work reluctantly stopped off to get gas--these prices are no joke!

 

Day 98- Thursday, 4/9/26

There is a storm brewing and the clouds are moving in but it's still warm and baumy out. The lighting was also good upstairs so I snapped a selfie and really like how well my eyes match the floral pattern on my top.

Day 99- Friday, 4/10/26

TGIF! Here come the rain--just in time for the weekend.  Perfect for settling down to watch a scary movie though.  Cheers to the weekend!

Day 100- Saturday, 4/11/26

 It REALLY poured today! This meant a lot of time spent inside getting chores done.  Justin made us essspresso martinis for his last night with us before heading back to Humboldt tomorrow.  Hopefully the weather will be better for his travels.

 

 

Day 101- Sunday, 4/12/26 

It still rained a good bit but the sun also did try to come out in the afternoon.  At least this gave me some time to build one of my Lego sets I got for my birthday back in January.  The hamster turned out so cute and will be going to work with me tomorow.  It was also a good day for dog cuddles and Justin did make it back up north just fine.  We'll see him back home agin mid summer.

Hoping for a dryer week coming up but at least it hasn't been too cold just super wet.

Week 13

Welcome to week 13 and to the mpnth of  April.  Here are this week's pictures:

 Day 88- Monday, 3/30/26

 A new Wendy's opened up close by and Justin has never had a Frostie with fries so we had a nice outing to try that.  Back at home Bailey had a few treats of her own while enjoying her Topple for lunch inside because it was way too hot outside.

Day 89- Tuesday, 3/31/26

 

Happy 25th Birthday to this guy! We are so happy he could be home to celebrate with us.  We also had some fun bowling with the whole family today.  It's great to see the brothers all together again and enjoying each other's company. 

Day 90- Wednesday, 4/1/26

Welcome to April with Easter right around the corner.  Time to start prepping for that.

Day 91- Thursday, 4/2/26

Well, the heat went away and the rain came in with quite a punch.  At least it made the thirsty plants happy and didn't phase Bailey one bit on her walk.

Day 92- Friday, 4/3/26

Somebody is super happy it's Friday and was all set to cuddle as soon as I got home from work.

 

Day 93- Saturday, 4/4/26

This one is super happy it's Saturday and that I have time to sit and cuddle with him in between prepping for Easter festivities tomorrow.

Day 94- Sunday, 4/5/26

 Happy Easter!  We had a great morning brunch and a wonderful evening feast.  Bailey also had fun with her new carrot chew toy and sported some cute sparkly rabbit ears.  Outside I loved to see that my flowers were in full Easter bloom and refreshed from the recent rain.  Blessings all around.

 

 It was a great way to end a good family filled week. 

 

Week 12

Day 81- Monday, 3/23/26

Day 82- Tuesday, 3/24/26

 

The coziest cat ever soaking up some cuddle time while I'm on my remote work lunch break.

Day 83- Wednesday, 3/25/26

 

The squirrel taunting us on our walk through the park. Bailey actually did pretty well not overly reacting to it.

 

  

Day 84- Thursday, 3/26/26

Just like the cat she know exactly how to get comfortable for a good nap and is definitely a pillow- loving type of pup.

 

Day 86- Friday, 3/27/26

My roses out back are thriving.  Too bad once the summer heat hits they'll just cook.  Tonight we started watching this series I've heard good things about with Nicole Kidman and Jamie Lee Curtis. So far it's really good.

 

Day 87- Saturday, 3/28/26

Justin came home on the train to visit for a couple weeks and Rusty is super happy to have a new person to nap on.

Day 88- Sunday, 3/29/26 

Time for a car wash.  It's been a while and was much needed.
